Title: Unable to subscribe to given root server?

Currently I have 3 campuses that have VPN connections between them. I am trying to use one as the master and have 2 that subscribe to it but I get the "Unable to subscribe to given root server?" message when I try to subscribe them. On the server that is the master I do see in the log where the child server successfully logged into the root server but I can't get it to subscribe? Any help is greatly appreciated!
