My updating avast stops when cef_100_pecent.pak comes up. This has happened three times in a row. I cannot even uninstall avast without getting an error

- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
