Title: paid but i dont know which of all codes is the code for activation

How the heck am i supposed to know which code from the email i received is the activation code?  I TRIED THEM ALL AD NONE FILL THE ACTIVATION REQUEST POP UP.  Somebody please help me with this since the stupid operators just keep transferring me.
