Title: HELP! NEW COMPUTER AND CANT GET ACCES TO MY PAID SERVICES

Yesterday i bought new computer because my other broke.
I had both Virus-Protection and Secure-Line VPN paid every month. I use my mail as they send
comfirmation emails too etcetera. But now when i try to login i cant, it says my mail doesnt exist and i cant
get access to the services i paid for. How do i do? I've tried everything.
