When using Avast Cleanup, and I delete any .apk files, will the associated programs run normally?

Hello Samuel,
it's exactly like you've said. Deleting installed APK file doesn't affect associated application in any way. You can delete it without worries and free some more space of your device storage.

I have another question lol
What about HS_JSON text files...?
Can these also be deleted without messing up my phone?

Jiří is on holiday at the moment. Regarding your question - we do not know,  it is up to what are these jsons necessary for. I would not delete it unless you are sure these files are not connected to any application.
