Title: Locate mobile abroad without data roaming

I will be away with data roaming switched off. 

How can I locate my mobile using the avast website?  This is easy when I am in the UK and mobile data is on, but not when out of the UK.

I am aware one can locate a mobile by SMS, but sending a text from the avast website fails (presumably because there is no data connection) and I have no other smart phone.
