Title: AVAST Secure lline not work

I have used AVAST SecureLine VPN from 7/2014 to 7/2015.
I renew license 07/08/2015.

Order date: 07/08/2015
Order reference number: 11502777062

AVAST SECURITE LINE VPN -1 PC, 1 Year
Total 39,99 €

Invoice is paid with Visa card, but the program is not activated?

More than once I received an e-mail with an attachment Avastlic Licence which I activated, but not result.

Help me.
