Hi,
I disabled avast Web Shield. I don't need it and I strongly dislike the otion to inject 3rd party SSL certificates on pages like Facebook, Gmail etc.
Now Avast is displaying with a warning icon in my tray, and it's very annoying. Is there a possibility to STOP seeing this warning? I still want to receive other warnings, but it's very annoying to keep seeing a warning that not all services are running if I turned them off.
There has to be an option to remove this, right?
I have Avast! Premiere

Yes, but as I use the German version I haven't got the right terms at hand.
Wait for one of the English helpers...

instead of disabling webshield try to turn off HTTPS scan ..... webshield will protect you against infected websites

Though it can be excluded from Status Monitoring - AvastUI > Settings > General - scroll down to Status Monitoring and expand the section. Uncheck the option.
The preference would be to do as suggested disable HTTPS scanning.
