Title: Grimefighter been loading for 6 hours!

I have used ths product on my laptop with no problems. However, on the desk top I bought the license, then loaded windows 10 which installed but is running painfully slowly (which it was before windows 10) and now when I try and run the 'scan for performance issues' it goes no further than 'loading'.  I know there is grime on the desktop and guess I should have cleaned before installing 10 but I didn't, so any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I read all that before I posted. Problem is, its supposed to automatically update to Clean up but isn't getting to that stage.
