Hi. I would like to cancel Autorenewal option. I have tried to do that several times following an options from mail warning about auto renewal, but it was unsuccessful. Please, can someone help me about this.

Well, 7 days before automatic renewal I 've receive mail with following text, quot: Thank you for trusting Avast to protect your computer and your online activity. To cancel Automatic-Renewals, just visit avast.com/find-order, sign in, and cancel this feature. So I followed the link, type in ORDER ID given in mail and password. But I was redirected to page where it stand that my Order ID or password was incorrect. And I am 100% sure I typed in correct Order ID and password. Is there any other way to cancel order?
