Title: Avast free registration

A couple of days ago I went from Direct TV to Time Warner bundle package, TV, Internet, and computer. I just tried to register my Free Avast coverage and when I tried I got the message "the online content is unavailable, please check your internet connection." The technician set everything up so I don't know if he missed something or if there is something that I can do. My avast expires in 17 days. Thanks for any input!
