Title: Available Downstream Bandwith using Secureline VPN

When i test the available downstream bandwidth when connected with Avast Secureline VPN, i can´t get speed faster than 6Mbit/s. I tried another Servers in Amsterdam, Madrid, London and Paris. (Amsterdam was the faster).

In Upstream bandwidth i can reach 16 Mbit/s.

My ISP (MEO-PT) link is 100Mbit/s Downstream and 20 Mbit/s Upstream. When i disconnect the Avast Secureline VPN i have this speed from my ISP. I´ve tested with two different Bandwidth on-line Speed-meters. My ISP local speed test site qos.sapo.pt and www.speedtest.net.
The results are the same. Bad result.

If i can´t get more Downstream speed i´m going to cancel the subscription for this service. Very disappointing.

Hi,

what location are you seated at and what location are you connected to? Usually, the closest location gives you the best performance. Also, what plaform are you on (Windows/MAC/Android?).
