Title: Connection Refused

I currently am getting This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED from my browser on two PC's when trying to login to my account via https://my.avast.com/en-us/  also when I try to access my account via Avast I am getting The online content is unavailable
Please, check your internet connection and try again.

I can go anywhere else I want to go on the Internet I want.  Just cannot go to my.avast.com.

More information:

Was able to connect through next door neighbor's WiFi connection but cannot connect through my network. It seems that for some reason your https server is blocking my static IP address of 70.63.57.98.

This is an issue with my.avast.com as I tried from my network using Avast SecureLine  and was able to connect.   I also tried through the TOR project and was able to connect.

 did you try to open it in another browser?
Can you show me result of ping my.avast.com?
