Title: Phone no longer showing up under my devices

I have been using the Avast mobile backup app for most of this year. I recently logged into my.avast.com and now it no longer shows my phone. If I try to run a backup, it gets stuck at the first picture. When it used to work, I had to connect to my WiFi and battery charger since it would take 3-4 hours to complete. Do I now have to put the Avast mobile security on it for it to show up?
