Have had Avast less than a month. Would like to cancel subscription and receive refund. How do I do this? Was charged $37.32 and $41.59. Please advise how to cancel these subscriptions and receive a refund.

Submit support ticket for a refund - Try the following:
https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/27/&cls02&ptf01&lic01&scr06
Note - Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow the process as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis. So for now don't update or submit further tickets - refunds can take up to ten working days to be handled.
Put as much information in that as possible - receipt/payment number, email, etc. A link to this topic wouldn't hurt.
If you have submitted the support ticket within the 30 days it will be dealt with even if the processing goes beyond that limit.

I'ven't an order id because i have seen on October 7 a withdrawal of € 29.99 on my credit card without my permission and no email arrived of it. For this reason I request a refund. How should I do? I have spoken with my bank and suggested to me that if I can not get a refund with Avast I make a complaint to the police. I hope to resolve the issue peacefully. Also I am a computer technician and all my customers install Avast. So how can I do ?

Hi this is Joyce Spurlock (email - ohiojjs@aol.com,) I am requesting a refund for 3 different Avast antivirus's and 4 different Avast Cleanup's and all the renewal for each one of them over the years. For several years I paid for renewals on all of these at the same time overlapping each other. Avast Pro Antivirus (I'm keeping) Avast Premiere Antivirus and Avast Internet Security Antivirus, I canceled. plus 4 different cleanups all running at the same time, I kept one.
I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone and she told me to give you these order numbers. 15509750100, 14794943500, 14743114400, I don't know if all of the accounts are on here or not, you should be able to find all of this information you need and what all you charged me over the years in my records. Please fix this and send me a refund. I like my avast protection and I would hate to have to change, but if this isn't made right, I will. I still can't believe Avast was doing this to me. I'm an senior citizen and a widow on a fixed income and I trusted Avast. Please let me hear from you and whether or not you are going to make this right. I am keeping the Avast Pro Antivirus and 1 cleanup that is the most current and I have canceled the rest. Expecting to hear from you soon. Joyce
