Title: Google Drive JS:Agent-DNC [Trj]
Post by: REDACTED on October 15, 2015, 12:04:50 AM
I keep getting notices that Avast detected an infection and moved it to the chest. Notices consistently come five-at-a-time, about once per day. They say the infection is of type JS:Agent-DNC [Trj] but it seems to have something to do with Google Drive.

That is, the troublesome process is listed as /Applications/Google Drive.app/Contents/MacOS/Google Drive

The file is listed as /private/var/folders/kp/ and then a loooong alphanumeric string.

Google Drive seems to be working fine. Any idea what's causing this?

I don't know — I can't figure how to do this on a Mac — can't seem to find any instructions. Honestly I wasn't aware Google Drive had a cache per se.
