Title: Outlook 2016 and Avast splash screen

I have been running Avast 2015 R3 SP1 (2015.10.3.2225) Free Edition with Outlook 2013 on 3 different Windows 8.1 64-bit PCs, until last week, where I upgraded all PCs to Outlook 2016.

I notice that the Avast splash screen no longer appears when I run Outlook 2016. This behaviour is true for all 3 PCs.

Please advise?
