Hello,
I renewed my avast account sunday responding to an offer that said 399 NOK. When I checked my account today it shows a withdrawal of 498,75 NOK witch is much more than I agreed to. The Payment in my banc account says DIGITAL RIVER IRELAND.
Please Let me know why this has happend and how to fix it. My lisencenumber is 115787740

Submit a support ticket - Try the following: https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new (https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new).

And query the difference.

Tanks for responding so quickly  :) I sendt this the way you suggested now, and we'll see what happens. Crossing my fingers

Whilst it could take a little time to resolve, so please be patient, submitting further tickets could actually slow it down as they are dealt with on a first in first out (depending on priority).

If you haven't heard anything for 7 days, come back to the topic and post your support ticket ID and I will try and attract some attention to it.
