Title: Checking Auto-renewal information and cancelling a license

I have a subscription expiring next month which is on Auto-Renewal, however, I do not remember which Credit Card I used and am not sure if it is still valid.  I do not know how to find out this information.  Also, I talked to a Customer Service representative who informed me I have another License dating from 2013 which is being automatically renewed each year and I have not even been using it.  I also see that the Email address on the License I am using presently is one which I believe I have changed in my profile but have been unable to find anything in my Profile other than my name.

You could also check to see if your Order number can be found at https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast (https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast). If so you may be able to see what the Auto Renewal information is.

I have been charged $42.79 for avast software that I know nothing about... I did not order it and would like a refund...Sharon Blad (115198013)

have you ever had a paid license for avast ?
If so, this is likely the auto-renewal that took place.

What is that number supposed to be ?

Lookup the order information and change it there if you want to do so.

Hi, I want to cancel auto renewal, but the email which notified me of auto renewal and gave me the order number has a blank space where the password should be. How else can I do this?
