Title: Pictures lost trying to backup to dropbox?

Installed the app v1.3.1 and tied it to dropbox. Ran cleanup telling it to back photos to my dropbox account then delete. In dropbox the app created a folder but it is empty (Dropbox>Apps>AvastCleanup). I now seem to have lost 2 years worth of photos. Any way to get them back? Am I looking in the wrong folder?

Disregard. Found the images on my memory card- user error.

Hi,
good to hear your problem is solved. We are just wondering because Cleanup cannot access SD cards unless device vendor adjusted Android to be able to address physical SD as na external storage.
To be sure there is no bug concerning Dropbox upload we would like to ask to you try this process again without deleting files on device. Please let us know if you managed to transfer files to dropbox.
