Title: avast! 2016 RC2 keeps showing there is an update

If you manually invoke Program Update, avast! keeps on showing an update dialog like there is an update, but when it actually checks for data it says it's up to date. This has been happening the entire BETA test and still hasn't been fixed...

Wasn't this issue supposedly in a previous 2016 beta build ?

Must be Halloween bug, back like the living dead.

Confirmed as well, click Avast tray Icon, program update, then it says Essential or Paid Upgrade, hit Eseential, then says already up to date
