After applying Nov 1 Android security patch last week, my secureline cannot connect. Is this known issue? I have Nexus 5 phone. Cheers. Peter

Hi,

I don't know about any security patch. Can you screenshot information about your phone? Android version, kernel version etc. All should be more or less on the same screen in your Settings app.

Got a Nexus 5 with Android 6 on my table at the office. Hopefully won't forget to test it out tomorrow :)

Hi Filip,
I am not sure why but it just connected (to Seattle), first time this week. I was looking for some Avast logs but I only found some ancient log from 2014. Is there an option to turn logging on/off for the secureline?

I've seen a couple of post from people with the same problem the last 2 days.
Looks to me there are "hiccups" somewhere.

Hi peekosoft,

did you always try "Optimal" location or did you also try a specific locations? If you can, could you try various locations to see if it connects to some and doesn't connect to others? I can have the server availability logs checked as well.

Alright, works fine for me :) Can you test various servers to see if the issue persists?
