Title: % never changes in Full Scan

Greetings from the GREAT Country of Texas,

My Full System Scan never changes the % completed as a scan is running with 'User Interface' open nor when the small window is open in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.  This has been going on for several updates and have always figured it would be corrected the next update, it has NOT.
