If you haven't used the uninstall tool, please do so and see if solves the problem.
-
How? We can't boot into windows.
-
The tool needs to run in safe mode.
If that isn't working either...

Scroll down to "If you cannot Boot the computer" and follow the instructions.
-
Thanks, i will give it a go.
-
I created the boot cd, but while it is trying to load the Reatogo desktop, it give me a blue screen, i've tried it with 7 of the computers. I then restart the computer without the cd in, and it gives me the same error. What else can i try?
-
Try it with Rufus
https://rufus.akeo.ie/
-
I will give it a go.
-
What must i load onto the flashdrive with Rufus?
-
Okay, so i used Rufus and i loaded the FRST.exe onto the flashdrive, i then rebooted the computer, which then booted into the FreeDOS kernel, i then typed in the command "FRST.exe" and pressed enter, it then said that "This program cannot be run in DOS mode".
What should i do now?
-
You need to create a bootable usb stick with Rufes that boots Windows.
-
So if i create it so that it boots windows, won't i lose all the data on the computer?
-
No, you need to create the usb stick so that a windows environment is loaded.
-
How would i do that?
-
What version of windows do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit
-
Windows 7 Professional; 32 Bit
-
Download the following three programmes to your desktop :
1. Rufus (http://rufus.akeo.ie/)
For 32bit systems
2. Windows 7 RC.. I will PM the download link
3. Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/)
Insert the USB stick Then run Rufus

Select the ISO file on the desktop via the ISO icon.
Press Start Burn
Then copy FRST to the same USB

Insert the USB into the sick computer and start the computer. First ensuring that the system is set to boot from USB
Note: If you are not sure how to do that follow the instructions Here (http://lifehacker.com/5991848/how-to-boot-from-a-cd-or-usb-drive-on-any-pc)

Essexboy i cannot post the frst.txt on a reply, because it exceeds 20 000 characters, is there another way i can get it to you?
-
Sorry, i didn't see the Attachments and other options selection
-
OK you have two files missing... One I can replace with FRST but the other unfortunately will require a repair install http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\volsnap.sys IS MISSING <==== ATTENTION
C:\Windows\system32\codeintegrity\Bootcat.cache IS MISSING <==== ATTENTION
-
How would i do that with FRST?
-
Just do the in-place-repair as explained on the sevenforums.
-
Could i not possibly copy those two files from one of the working computers and then just them onto a broken computer using the copy command on cmd prompt?
-
No, because this one is created by the system and is specific to it
C:\Windows\system32\codeintegrity\Bootcat.cache IS MISSING <==== ATTENTION
-
I created a system image off of one of the working computers and then i created a recovery disk, i then loaded the system image onto a hard drive, i then booted the computer into the recovery disk and then used system recovery to load the system image onto the computer. Hope if anyone has this problem they can use this information and use the help from eddy and essexboy, thanks so much for the assistance.
