hi,
Ever since the avast account system had problems, my avast was disconnected from my account. 3 days ago, I logged back into my account. But I didn't get the points I should've gained for using avast during those disconnected weeks. Previously, when the same thing had happened, all the earned points over a 6 month span had transfered back into my account. Is there anything I can do to transfer those points?
