Title: Avast cleanup after new Windows installation

So I made a new setup of my Computer with windows 10 to free up all my hard drives. On my first setup I had avast cleanup working but now it says that I have to buy it. I have it inside my licenses but I'm not able to download the license. What do I have to do to make it work?
