I have a question how can I remove avast toolbars etc.... from Firefox chrome and thunderbird.
I am not talking about disabling it no I want to fully remove it

Depending on what you exactly want to remove :
- control panel > software > avast > change > change
Install/remove components as you whish
- Add/remove plug-ins/add-ons through the browser options

Removing the Browser Protection function just removes the browser add-on (from all browsers on your system), it doesn't remove avast.
