These may count as suggestions but....
1) We're probably all familiar with Adblock and its variants, all of which seem to support specific lists for blocking specific types of sites. I think it would be highly advantageous if Avast had the option in its settings so auto-block things like "fake tech support sites". I spent some time this weekend finding references to a bunch online and blacklisting them all. I'm sure there's more out there.
Other possibilities: mass-blocking social networking sites for the workplace, mass-blocking adult sites, and so on.
2) If the above never gets added, I'd very much like to be able to export and import my lists, if only to back them up.
