Title: Avast Secureline keeps losing connection

For last 2 weeks of using Avast Secureline, the VPN keeps losing connection on both laptop and mobile phone. Loss of connection is especially frequent on the mobile phone and it can happen in a short while after connection. I don't think this happened when I used Secureline previously. Please advise.

Try the other servers and see if it still happens.
If not, there is/was a problem with that specific server.

Thank you for your reply.

i have used other servers over the last 2 weeks - Netherlands, Finland, GB, Prague - same disconnection problem. And, just today after having read your message, I tried Frankfurt - same problem.

One thing to note however, the connection is more stable on my laptop.

The mobile device I am using is a Samsung Galaxy S5 - SM-G00F, Android ver. 5.0.

Wonder if problem lies with device?

Perhaps to provide security protection, avast could consider adding a function to disconnect the device from the wifi network once the VPN connection is lost and an alert is sounded to warn the user.

Are there disconnections to the wifi if you don't use the VPN ?
