Title: Avast blocking log in to internet banking

Avast seems to block my login to my internet banking. When I turn off the web shield I can successfully login.
Only started happening recently. Didn't have this problem before. Any body else having this problem.

What OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
What browser ?
Any other security (related) software installed ? (or was there)
Does it work if you use the safezone browser ?
What bank ? (country)

OS El Capitan version 10.11
Avast Mac Security 2015
Safari and Google Crome
No other security software
Not tried safe zone browser ??
ANZ australia
