Title: Instructions do not work!

 Following the instructions found at https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB126#artTitle (https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB126#artTitle)
I am taken to a page of text to look up my order. Then I am redirected to another page of text that has a link to manage my subscription. https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast (https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast)
If I follow that link, There is no option to turn of the automatic renewals. All pages are text and do not match those shown in the instructions. Why? It's a little scary for my anti-virus company to have website trouble and instructions that don't work. I hope someone can shed some light on this. Before anyone asks, no, it doesn't happen on any other site. Thanks.
