Title: "UNABLE TO CONNECT YOUR DEVICE" ISSUE

Hi there,
I own an HTC ONE M8 running Marshmallow.
I face some issues when I am tring to take a picture or locating my phone, I get a massage saying "We are unable to connect your device", same thing when I try to locate ot track my device.
Does anyone have the same problem?

It is a known issue.
Often when you disconnect the device and add it again (after e.g. 30 minutes) it is working.

Or just keep trying, it sometimes all of a sudden starts working.
