Title: Purchased clean up but where is it :-(

Hi I hope some kind person could help this idiot...I purchased the clean up programme today,but cant for the life of me find it.
I did all the activation code stuff,but cannot find it in my menu.Im still trying to get to grips with windows 10,having just got a new PC...Im more used to 7.
Anyway help you may give will be greatly appreciated tia  :(
