Title: Avast console can't read some computer VPS, Engine, OS and last communication

Hi there, please kindly help me solve this issue on my avast enterprise administrator console.
there some client computer that already installed avast endpoint and run good but from the avast administrator console it can't communicate to the client computer, the console can't read the VPS, Engine, OS. Is there some way to make it read all these client? thanks in advance.
