Title: "boot time scan " appears everytime I start PC?

Hello--my first post.I recently did a boot time scan.[only because avast had a pop up suggesting it]It scanned,took a few hours,found an infection....now EVERYTIME I start laptop [windows 7]..I get the same "finish clean up process,we recommend boot time scan restart yes or no"...which was the original pop up that asked me first time?! Thanks for any help

we need Malwarebytes and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs, attach the logs, 3 logs total

see below the box you write in ... Attachments and other options


When done a malware expert will assist you

an mp3 convertor........just need the pop up to stop....thanks for the link,but i dont want to download anymore

downloading malware bytes etc and logs is too complicated for me...sorry...basic knowledge here

If you want help, first thing needed to do is making sure your system is clean.
Follow the instructions and provide the log files.

did you not download and install avast?


OK, the important logs are the two diagnostic logs from FRST, there is no install, just download and run it as instructed and attach the two logs
