Title: Problème coupure VPN AVAST mac

Bonjour à tous,

 j'ai activé une licence payante AVAST VPN sur Mac os X el capitan. Or, depuis une semaine, le VPN coupe (se deconnecte toutes les heures); du coup je ne peux pas utiliser Skype car il se deconnecte aussi et c'est embetant de tout reconnexter tout le temps(je le fais fonctionner grace au VPN).

Auriez vous une solution s'il vous plait? Ma connexion wifi n'a aucun soucis.

Hello,
  could you please specify to which location you have been connecting. If that was an optimal location, where have you been. We are aware that there were some issues with Frankfurt last week.

If you create a support package from the application menu (Aide -> Support Technique Avast -> Generer un paquet de support) and contact a support from the same menu, we could investigate the issue more.
