Title: "Waiting for trial" & License File insert via Console offers no resolution.

Hello,
We use Avast for Edu and I noticed one PC stated that our "free license" has expired.  I uninstalled the AV client and downloaded a new .exe from our console, however once I install the client I'm prompted again and told that my free license has expired.  I looked a little deeper within the console, only to see "Waiting for Trial" under our subscription status.  What am I doing wrong?  Most of my clients are reporting accurately AFAIK.

Hello,

Disable the firewall on the client so that it can communicate to the server and also check to make sure that if using the EA console, that the client itself doesn't have a key icon over it which would represent being over the current license count.
