Title: windows 10 mail beng blocked by mailshield

Hi

I am having trouble with windows 10 mail, I was not getting emails, I eventually disabled the mailshield and mails started to flow again.  Any advice on what maybe wrong with my mailshield configuration?

Enable verbose debugging/logging.
Try the mail and if it doesn't work, check the log file for information.
