Dear Charyb

unfortunately we can't resend a backup email for you, because only authorized device generated the data in the backup mail and Avast has zero knowledge about your passwords.

Please look into your mailbox. You should find the Backup email on 25.11 1:02 AM UTC/GMT +2 hours. Mail is from noreply@avast.com and has subject "Your backup identity"
