Title: How to activate 30 day trial of VPN?

I got the 30 day free trial and it gave me a license key, but it is text to be copied / pasted. It asks for a file to be inserted, however. I can not enter the pasted code anywhere. How do I activate the VPN?

You can't because it is a 7 day trial.

Could you share screenshots with me please?

Just for clarification on trial lengths, we have OEM arrangements with HP and Asus (preload of SecureLine) and those do offer 30-day trials.

Just to add to Davidek's clarification, my HP Envy came with Secureline Pre installed along with McAfee Internet Security, thus is the Stand Alone version not requiring the installation of any other Avast Product to run the Service and did offer a 30 DAY Trial.
I removed McAfee. :)
