Title: what is this virus/ trojen

WIN:DyFucDldr(Trj) keeps on apearing in my virus check i constantly removing it to the virus vault what is this
 (WIN32: DyfucDldr) i cannot semm to be able to get rid of it

Do you have some open shares? Try to delete it in windows safe mode restart and wait if and when it comes back.

be sure to update it
