Title: Unexpected Error

Hi,

Windows 10 - avast free antivirus

When I click on my username  at  the top once I'm logged in to my avast
I get the following error message - It has been like it for quite awhile
can not view any details once logged in and clicking on my username

Edit: it's also the same when I click on manage accounts I get the same error show

The problem exists for several months.
Still not solved by avast >:(
Login through the website.

Assumption is that the username in your screenshot is the same as the one you've used to log in to post here.  They do not appear to be the same.

Is your issue that the one registered in the Avast Accounts does not work?

Same problem is also there whith other Windows versions.
There are quit a lot of posts about it.

My comment/link  based on what miraDi said in that topic - I don't get this on my XP or Win7 systems.

I had the same problem, helped reinstal Avast

I had the same problem, helped reinstal Avast
A repair worked for me:

Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
