Title: How to change it over

I needed to wipe my c drive and now i dont think avast is saying that i can use my premier on this account, its still the same computer though but its saying that "owner pc" is not this computer i think

Save your license (licence.avastlic file) that you should have received and use that again in the new installation.

If you haven't saved it, use the Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php (https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php), you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

You man also need to delete that installation/device from your my.avast.com account details. That makes the license available for another installation.

If you performed a factory reset, make sure any pre-installed av is removed before installing avast.
