Title: Error connecting account.

Greetings, although no one of Avast will answer, just wanted to report that I can't connect to my account from the antivirus, I notes that an error occurred and who are working on that, for over a month.

Someone else to experienced is incidence?

Please use the search option before posting.
As has been explained many times, it is a know issue and it has been there for a long time.
For some people it is working, for others it is not.

thanks for your reply, as English is not my native language, did not know how to find this incidence. Since in my language forum nobody has reported it and nobody answered me avast.

If you're having a problem through the GUI, go directly to the my.avast.com website portal.
I have no problems either way.
