Title: Cleanup seems to be not letting google toolbar show.

I had google tool bar installed and running fine for years.  Two weeks ago I installed Clean up and the toolbar disappeared soon there after.   I can't see how to get it back.  It is not showing up in the IE Tools/Toolbars anymore when it used to.  In manage add ons it shows up as being enabled.   I did disenable it and shut down IE then enabled it and the tool bar came back.  Then the next clean cleanup did it took it away again and now I can't get it back at all. 
There must be away to tell it to not look at Google Tool bar.

Do you have a license for avast CleanUp ?
If not, avast CleanUp only scans and doesn't change anything.
