I am just trying to figure out if this is valid, and if it is, what should I do?

Yes it is valid.
That site searches in databases that are known to have been hacked and published on the net.

What you should do is changing you password.
Saying that, you always should change all your passwords on a regular base. (e.g. once a month)

I have been pwned too... there is a way to delete my profile from the avast website and forum?

Mighty irritating to have a virus protection company hacked. You'd think Avast would be better at securing itself.
