Title: False positives starting at vps:0603-0, Autoit compiler & compiled Au3 scripts.
Post by: Smorg on January 16, 2006, 06:25:03 AM
Starting today avast started detecting all of my compiled autoit scripts as trojans. I cannot compile or run them without avast detecting them. www.autoitscript.com

I tested this against the previous virus database 0602-4 on my virtual machiene & this did not cause this problem until i updated it. So i am sure the problem was caused in the last update.

Is there any way to exclude files from the active protection without having to temporarily disable it? I work with automation scripts and compilers frequently so this could cause quite a problem for me.

Thanks.
