I cancelled my suscription to Avast at first week of June, but in the midle of that month Avast charged me to my credit card >:(
One week ago I put my claim but a person from Customer Care (Luis M.) just say that is under investigation but no advance.
Someone can help me????

What has no sense for me is that Luis M. says that with the data I gave it would be "very dificult" to find my charge. I gave ALL information needed. Hard to beleive that it takes more than 1 hour to find out. By now 5 days waiting!!

Anyhow, please continue the thread with Luis through your ticket.
