Title: Everything is disabled after reboot

All of my shields are disabled and nothing I do reverses the problem. It happened after a system reboot, no changes have been made. Any suggestions?

Tried it, then rebooted and no change. Did it a second time, rebooted and all is well. We'll see what happens next time.
