Hi Fuad3,
exactly as Asyn suggested - Anti-Theft for rooted phones has not been developed for long time, because we decided to focus more to more popular products.. However, non-rooted Anti-Theft is still in active development (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avast.android.at_play).
